Welcome to the 2026 Page Middle School Lacrosse Season!

CLUB FEE - $275 fees cover coaches salaries, referees, practice equipment, field booking fees and club miscellaneous expenses.
For spring lacrosse all equipment is required.  This consists of a stick, gloves, helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads and mouthguard. Please reference Lax Checklist on our website. White helmets are preferred if a new one is needed. This ensures a cohesive look for the team.

You must have a USA LACROSSE number valid for the entire season (until June 1, 2026) to register. www.usalacrosse.com

Practice will begin the first week of February. Practices will be Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Varsity and JV will play on weekdays in the MTMSLC league and the 5/6 grade team will play Sunday afternoons in the Middle TN Lacrosse League (with a few weekday games).

PRACTICE LOCATION: Bethesda Fields 4662 Bethesda Rd, Thompson Station 37179Game schedule and outdoor practices will be posted by the end of January. Games begin in February and run through the first week of May.

UNIFORMS: Cost is $145 includes shooter shirt, jersey, shorts and helmet wrap. Please order accordingly and refer to sizing chart provided on uniform website. Uniforms will NOT need to be purchased if you are a returning player to our club.  Only new players and those that have outgrown their uniform for the 2026 season will need to repurchase. You will own your uniform and will NOT return it to the club.

NOTE: when measuring your son please get their measurements WITH PADS ON and WITH PADS OFF as the jersey will be worn over pads and shooter shirt is worn under pads. 

To choose your player number for the season click link below. If the number is not listed it has already been chosen, please make another selection. If you are a returning player, you will retain the number from last season. Numbers will be on a first come basis.

TEAMS:  Panthers lacrosse has 3 age group teams.

5/6 grade team: consists of 5th and 6th grade boys from elementary schools that feed into Page Middle or those that are zoned for Page Middle. Play in the MidTN Lax League.
5/6 Players will need to register with MidTN Lacrosse League. Our 5/6 Team plays in this League. There is a one time fee of $30.

JV team: generally 7th grade players, may consist of some 6th grade as well at coaches discretion

Varsity team: 7th and 8th grade players (no 8th grade players may play at the JV level)
